# The G4 Alliance

> The Global Alliance for Surgical, Obstetric, Trauma and Anaesthesia Care (G4 Alliance) is a coalition of 70+ organizations advocating for safe, timely, and affordable surgical, obstetric, trauma, and anaesthesia (SOTA) care for the 5 billion people worldwide who lack access.

The G4 Alliance unites civil society, ministries of health, funders, industry, advocates, and researchers to build awareness, shape policy, and mobilize resources for the global SOTA care agenda.
